GuindaSoft PRSMAKER can be used to convert a CSV list 
like the one downloaded from the EiBi site, 
or one built by yourself,
into a userlist.txt compatible TXT file.

Open and edit the CSV file with GuindaSoft Lister.
Then, open the modified CSV file with GuindaSoft PRSMAKER.
A Perseus compatible TXT file will be generated.
